  48. Two settings control how Word operates. If 
  49. ‚ÄúBackground Repagination‚Äù is on, Word 
  50. automatically calculates page breaks as 
  51. you type. ‚ÄúSmart Quotes‚Äù automatically 
  52. puts in typographic quotation marks 
  53. (‚Äúcurly‚Äù quotes) when you press the regu-
